On 21 November 2022, Marianna delivered a guest lecture on Sport and Human Rights to the undergraduate students of the module Understanding Global Sport at the University of Stirling.
What sport has to do with human rights is not only an interesting question to address but also a crucial one in order to work in the sports world. That is why, this lecture represented a brilliant opportunity to discuss matters like access to sport and the protection and respect of human rights in the implementation of Sport for Development projects.
